Be amazed by plastic trash: the colorful thermoplastic junk of our throwaway culture! Join us in the gallery & make your own artful arrangement of colorful plastic. RICHARD LANG & JUDITH SELBY LANG of One Plastic Beach (beachplastic.com) will be sending their rainbow collection of plastic, salvaged from the shores of the Pacific Ocean, to AVAM. Each bit of plastic has a story to tell. Snap a pic of your colorful junk collage to post on Facebook & Instagram. Plus, we’ll print a photograph of your arrangement to take with you. Free with museum admision. This interactive art activity is inspired by our current exhibition The Secret Life of Earth.
