All levels welcome, please bring your own yoga mat and wear the colors of the sparkling night sky. After practice, stay and enjoy delicious light fare from local vendors.

Come Early for a FREE Meditation and Creative Expression Workshop, 12/22, 2pm-5pm

Make it a day of self-reflection! Before yoga, come for a workshop with artist Santiago Navila involving meditation, self-exploration and creative expression. At Seeds of my Inner Being: An Experiential Workshop with Artist Santiago Navila participants will engage their natural creative capacities, move at the rhythm of their inner sound, draw their insights, and write poems that will transform their understanding of how we motivate the quality of our lives. The workshop is Sunday, December 22, 2pm-5pm and free with museum admission. Navila's installation "Release," is on view in our current exhibition "The Secret Life of Earth."
