AVAM's beloved community events, like the Kinetic Sculpture Race, Sock Monkey Saturday, and Pet Parade, simply wouldn't be possible without our amazing volunteers! Be a part of something fun and visionary, while supporting the national museum for self-taught artistry. See opportunities below, and for additional positions, email firstname.lastname@example.org
Bring the museum alive for school and public groups as a volunteer tour guide. Docents also have exciting opportunities to preview exhibitions, meet artists, and gain access to our library. Enjoy frequent trainings to get to know our artists, and their work and stories.
