About the Event
“Abundance” exhibition artist Dean Millien will join us for an artist talk and aluminum foil sculpture building workshop. Dean’s larger-than-life foil animal sculptures have become a visitor favorite. Come try your hand at creating your own sculpture using only aluminum foil!
From Dean’s artist bio:
“Millien builds intuitively and is consistently working and reworking artworks to perfection. While he began with smaller sculptures, Millien has moved on to making life-size figures, including gorillas and most recently a 12-foot crocodile.”
This event begins promptly at 11AM in AVAM’s classroom in the JRVC Building.
