Autumn Equinox Yoga – All Ages, All Levels

Celebrate the Autumn Equinox with a Yogasan class focused on how you feel rather than how you look in the posture. 

This gentle, all-levels yoga practice honors the season of balance, gratitude, and transition, offered by our partners from Federal Hill Fitness. As day and night come into perfect equilibrium, we’ll move mindfully through poses and breathwork designed to cultivate inner balance, release what no longer serves us, and create space for new intentions. Open to all ages and experience levels, this class offers modifications so everyone can enjoy the restorative energy of this special time of year.
