FREE Winter Solstice Yoga

Mark the start of solstice with a beginner yoga class at the AVAM. Flow through yoga sequences and deep breath work plus a short meditation for maximum stress relief and relaxation. Attain tranquility of the mind and spirit while also building strength.

All fitness levels welcome, no prior yoga experience required. Free, but please RSVP, space is limited. Waiver must be completed in order to participate. Please bring a mat and water.
