About the Event
AVAM’s Education staff is opening their classroom doors this spring for a special session of Spring Break art making workshops! MAKE your own original artwork and TAKE it with you! All materials & inspiration provided! Recommended for ages 7 & up. To visit the rest of the museum, additional admission tickets must be purchased.
Inspired by Manuel Bauman’s mixed media artworks, participants will learn how to layer paint and other elements onto the backside of clear glass in a frame. Participants will leave with a 5 x 7 work of art in a frame.
$5 per person, FREE for AVAM members
