About the Event
Carole and Jeffery Boston Weatherford will read from their books "The Roots of Rap" and "RAP IT UP!" and lead participants through the process of creating their very own raps. After the rap is completed, participants will create their very own album cover utilizing the scratchboard medium that Jeffery is known for in the children's book realm.
Recommended for kids ages 6 and up and their families. RSVP required, space is limited. All materials provided.
