About the Event
Make Studio artists, Tyrone Weedon, Tony La Bate, and Louis Middleton frequently celebrate folks whose screen, written, music, or personal talents they love through the creation of tribute portraits! Join them as they talk through their tribute art practices, followed by an invitation to create your own tribute portrait of a loved one or special interest s/hero.
Attendees are asked to bring a few digital or print photographs to select and work from during the workshop. All other art-making materials provided including drawing materials, watercolor, acrylic paint and more. Great for ages 8 and up.
