Virtual Tour: The Art of Esther Krinitz

In partnership with Art and Remembrance, and Philadelphia Holocaust Memorial Foundation, AVAM is pleased to present a virtual tour of the artwork of Esther Krinitz.

Esther Nisenthal Krinitz told her remarkable story of survival through the Holocaust in an unforgettable series of 36 stitched fabric collage and embroidered panels. The exhibit has traveled to 40+ museums and centers around the U.S., Canada and Poland, and is now on display at the AVAM.  Bernice Steinhardt, Esther Krinitz’s daughter and president of Art and Remembrance, will present her mother’s artwork and history.
