Mark the start of solstice with a beginner yoga class at the AVAM. Flow through yoga sequences and deep breath work plus a short meditation for maximum stress relief and relaxation. Attain tranquility of the ind and spirit while also building strength.
All fitness levels welcom, no prior yoga experience required. Waiver must be completed in order to participate. Please bring a mat and water.
