Artist Film about Lonnie Holley

AVAM is proud to present a special pre-release screening of Thumbs Up for Mother Universe: Stories from the Life of Lonnie Holley. Be among the first to see this award-winning feature documentary filmed over 25 years of self-taught artist and musician Holley’s life.

Holley is working on a wire sculpture during AfroPop, the Afro-Futurist festival held in a warehouse complex that included Holley’s studio.
