Three enchanting floors

The 3rd floor banquet room in the Jim Rouse Visionary Center (JRVC) can seat up to 400 for dinner and dancing, and includes staging, screen and projector, and a warming pantry for your caterer. Ceremonies for up to 250 guests can be held in the 1st floor or 3rd floor banquet room. For 250-400 guests, choose from the JRVC 3rd & 1st Fl or JRVC + Sculpture Barn package.

1st Floor Visionary Village

Say your vows surrounded by original, visionary artwork.

This space offers a unique setting for wedding ceremonies with many different backgrounds and chair configurations.

2nd Floor Conference Room

Relax in our private conference room before the ceremony or during cocktail hour, there's plenty of space for your whole wedding party.

The coffee table area is a perfect spot to sign your Ketubah or marriage certificate.

3rd Floor Banquet Room

With its many windows and skylights, the banquet room is bathed in natural light during the day, yet warm and intimate in the evenings with its upgraded lighting system.

The 3rd floor can be dramatically transformed. This ample space allows for large celebrations. Tables and chairs for up to 400 guests are included.

JRVC + Barn

Enjoy the most flexibility by having multiple spaces available for your ceremony, cocktails and reception.

1st Floor

Host cocktails here for an additional fee, and have your ceremony on the 3rd floor Banquet Room or Sculpture Barn.

RENTALS INCLUDE

Rentals include: up to a 5-hour event with 3 hours for set up and one hour for break down; venue manager and museum security; and tables, chairs, and access to designated exhibits for all of your guests. Set up may begin no earlier than 7am Monday - Friday and 1pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Additional event hours are $500/hr. Events on the JRVC 1st floor and plaza must begin after 5pm, with set up after 4pm, and conclude by 11pm (Fri & Sat) or 10pm (Sun-Thu). Ask about our special pricing for July/August & January/February events.
