Jim Rouse Visionary Center

Three enchanting floors

The 3rd floor banquet room in the Jim Rouse Visionary Center (JRVC) can seat up to 400 for dinner and dancing, and includes staging, screen and projector, and a warming pantry for your caterer. Ceremonies for up to 250 guests can be held in the 1st floor or outside in the JRVC plaza.

Have your ceremony or cocktail hour in the Sculpture Barn and Wildflower Garden, followed by your reception in the JRVC Banquet Room.

Host cocktails here for an additional fee, and have your ceremony on the 3rd floor Banquet Room or Sculpture Barn.

* The Sundays before Memorial Day and Labor Day are at the Saturday rate.

DETAILS

All rentals include up to a 5-hour event with 3 hours prior for set up and one hour after, for break down. All events must conclude by 11pm (Fri & Sat) or 10pm (Sun–Thurs). Tables, chairs, and access to designated exhibits for all of your guests are also included with all rentals. Ask about our special pricing for July/August and January/February weddings.

Events on the JRVC 1st floor and plaza must begin after 5pm, with set up beginning no earlier than 4pm.

catering

Please see our required catering list, offering a variety of cuisines and budgets to suit your style. For the café, our café operator is the exclusive caterer for that space.
